The candidate, under Research & Development Department, will work with the existing BI team to provide technical solutions for analyzing the requirements, managing, designing and developing new BI solutions, as well as providing evolution and corrective support to the solutions already in use by customers.
The candidate will work with the existing Customer Service team to support/help desk to resolve customer support tickets. He will be responsible to compile business process documents, to provide standard or bespoke training courses and training documentation for both internal and/or external use, to install, configurate, customize and test and to submit time-sheets, technical intervention forms/requests and other documentation as needed.
