IB's Quality Management System aims to maintain and fulfill quality requirements in compliance with the Labor and Environmental Regulations in force.
IB has an integrated management system based on information security, quality, and social accountability principles to provide customers with safe and high-quality products and services, to guarantee suppliers and partners responsible and transparent reporting management and to increase employee satisfaction.
In September 2016, IB released their Sustainability Report, presenting the activities carried out in 2015. The Sustainability Report is now in its fifth edition, and over the years has been reinforced as a tool which is able to integrate economic decisions with environmental and social aspects.
Investing in "maintenance" means being aware of the effects of the correct and adequate functioning of an asset over its entire life cycle, operating to sensibly reduce its social and environmental impacts. That’s why we are always committed to meet current customers’ needs without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.
Social Responsibility awareness among customers & suppliers, too
Only providers compliant with SA8000 requirements are accepted

Information privacy and management is becoming more and more important to the companies that generate and manage it.
